William P. Fearer, III is a native of Illinois who graduated Cum Laude from Arizona State University in 1981 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He earned his law degree in 1984 from Southern Methodist University Law School in Dallas, Texas. His practice is dedicated to representing the injured and helping families who have lost loved ones recover fair compensation.

Bill is a member of both the Illinois and Texas Bar Associations and the American Association for Justice and Illinois Trial Lawyers Association. He has been selected to lecture at state and national trial lawyers association conferences and has been a contributor to the national trial lawyers publication Lawyers Weekly. Bill is a frequent contributor to area newspapers on accident and injury law topics.

Bill’s commitment to his clients is equaled by his commitment to bettering the community. He has served in leadership positions in many local, State, and National charitable organizations and boards.

Bill founded a preschool scholarship program and college scholarship programs. He has also been active during the past 25 years working with and serving various school and park district athletic programs.
